• The rubber seals that fit around the glass window units and around the frames called flipper and bubble gaskets can be damaged or cause drafts and can be replaced and are most often a low-cost repair.
• Rubber seals can sometimes shrink leaving a gap which can be filled with a rubber sealant as a cost-effective and inexpensive repair.

Rubber seal repair with sealant is covered by our minimum call out charge, Complete rubber seal/gasket replacement will depend on the size and type of seal.
